SAPTADHARA/CULTURAL

Saptadhara, Youth Welfare and Cultural Activities— these things work together to channelize creative impulse among the students of the college. The principal and the faculty encourage the students who have got talent, but who are shy or experience stage-fear.

In the activities under the umbrella of Saptadhara a number of programs were organized. Antakshari Competition/ Singing Competition was held in which 35 students participated. The students of Commerce Faculty stood first, while the those of English Department stood second. The program was organized to celebrate Gujarati songs, folk songs, Hindi folk songs and film songs.

During the celebration of SAPTDHARA week from 24/07/2017 to 31/07/2017 the history department actively participated in the cleanliness of class and the students took part in various activities. The History Department has also shown the educational film ‘Gandhi’ to the students of History Department. The second year History students have also prepared the village gazetteer.Dr. Mukesh Patel has presented a Research paper in the International Seminar that was held at Government Arts College, Gandhinagar and date was 24th and 25th February, 2017.
